All our Pure Silk sarees come with authentic Silkmark certification.
All the images on our online store are of the actual products that we dispatch. We have kept our product photography simple on purpose so that the complete focus is on the product.
Having said that, it is important that you understand basic product characteristics. For instance, a Katan Silk will look and feel different from Kora Silk or Tasar Silk. We have provided the fabric details of all the sarees in the Product Details section below the product images. We strongly recommend to read the product details before placing your order to make an informed decision.
If you are unable to find a product, it is probably because the product is sold out and has been removed from the collections. Given the nature of handloom production, we find it difficult to comment on whether or when sold out products will be available again. We request you to only choose from current collections.
Most of the sarees on HolyWeaves come with a matching un-stitched blouse piece, that is woven along with the saree. The blouse piece can be found woven either after the pallu end or at the other end of the saree. The last product image usually shows a snapshot of the blouse piece.
While the blouse piece that comes with the saree will usually have the same fabric as the saree, we highly recommend you experiment with the blouses to give your saree a completely new look that suits your style.
Currently, we do not offer blouse stitching due to potential fit issues. We really believe that a blouse shall be tailored perfectly, else it may take away the joy of draping a beautiful saree. We find it difficult to offer that perfect fit as we have not taken your measurements ourselves.
Payment Related
We do offer COD payment option.
Please note, however, that,
- COD is not available for fabrics and custom products.
- COD is available to most, but not all, Indian cities. If it is unavailable to your location, you will receive a payment failure message during checkout. You will be required to change the shipping address or change the payment method.
- The minimum order value for COD orders is Rs 1,000.
- COD option will be denied if previous COD orders return undelivered.

Customers, whether in India or outside, can pay through their Visa/ Mastercard Debit and Credit cards or use Netbanking.
For overseas buyers, sometimes you may need to try more than once for the payment to go through. Please be assured that you will be charged only once. If, in an unlikely scenario, the payment is debited twice, it will be automatically credited back to your account. You can speak to your bank for assistance on this.
This is a common issue with online payments, especially with international payments. We understand this can be very frustrating.
If you have an Indian card, the payment usually does go through in a couple of attempts, if it fails in the first attempt. Sometimes, the transactions are declined because of wrong information being entered. So please ensure that you are providing the right credentials.
If your card is issued outside India and if after multiple attempts, you payment still does not go through, we recommend trying with an alternative card. If that is not an option, we recommend considering the PayPal payment option from the payment methods. In this mode, your order is placed without an upfront payment. Once you place your order, we will send you a PayPal Invoice in USD, at the prevailing exchange rate net of currency conversion costs, at your email id within the next 24 hours. Once you receive the same, you can pay it with any of your credit cards or your PayPal account, if you have one. Because the invoice will be in USD, paying it with your international card will be easier and the transaction will go through. Once you pay the PayPal invoice, we shall process your order within the next 48 hours. You will receive dispatch details through email and SMS.

Please note that as PayPal does not process payments in Indian Rupee, PayPal Express Checkout is not available on HolyWeaves. We use a manual mode where your order is placed without any upfront payment. After you place your order, we will send you a PayPal Invoice in USD at the email id provided by you within 24 hours. You can view the USD prices of the products by selecting USD from the currency selector. The exchange rate used for USD pricing is net of PayPal currency conversion costs.
Once you receive the PayPal invoice, we suggest paying the same at your earliest convenience. Once paid for, we shall process your order within two business days. You will receive dispatch details through email.

Please note, however, that payments are only accepted in Indian Rupee. But, you do not need to worry about this. Your international credit card will automatically covert the rupee amount in your home currency at the prevailing exchange rates.

We usually ship the orders within two business days. Once shipped, it usually takes 4-6 business days to most countries and most cities in India.
We only use express shipping. However, we do not offer guaranteed delivery time.

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Currently, we use DHL for international shipments which is super-fast and reliable. Once shipped, it usually take 4-8 business days to deliver to most major countries.

We offer free shipping within India on all orders above Rs 10,000. On orders below Rs 10,000, shipping charges within India are a very nominal and calculated based on weight. Additional shipping charges, however, may apply for some remote locations in India.
For international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout depending on the order weight and the shipping address. International shipping costs are non-linear in nature, ie the more the number of units, the lesser is the per unit shipping cost. You can save significantly on shipping costs by placing one smart order of two sarees instead of two orders of one saree each.
