This exquisite Banarasi Hues of Nature Kadhuan Brocade Handwoven Katan Silk Saree is a celebration of nature's vibrant colors. The saree is handwoven using pure silk threads in a beautiful fuchsia pink shade, and features intricate brocade work with floral motifs, all woven using the painstaking kadhuan technique.
The saree's rich pink shade is achieved through the shot technique, where the warp and weft threads are of different colors, creating a lustrous, iridescent effect.
This saree is perfect for weddings, festive occasions, or any special event where you want to look your best. The intricate brocade work and vibrant pink color make it a timeless classic that is sure to turn heads.

The Iridescence: This product features a beautiful iridescent color effect, where the color subtly changes as you rotate the fabric or change angle of view. This is achieved by using contrasting warp and weft. The contrast is often subtle by using two shades of the same family, and sometimes stark like pink and blue.

The Weave: The saree features the Kadhuan Brocade weaving technique, considered to be the epitome of handloom brocade weaving, to create the motifs. Each buta is woven individually with a hand shuttle, diligently, one line at a time by a master weaver. Weaving time for each saree is usually in excess of 200 man hours, often significantly longer.

The Measurements: The saree measures approximately 5.4 meters (220 inches) in length, 1.10 meters (44 inches) in width and 1030 g in weight.

The Blouse: The saree comes with an unstitched blouse piece measuring 70-90 cms. Please refer to the last product image for a snapshot of the blouse piece.

- Once shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver to most major cities in India and 5-12 business days to other cities depending on logistics availability.
